I visited Stockholm, Sweden for the first time and here are 10 things I learned:

1. It is built on 14 islands connected by 57 bridges.

2. It is on the Baltic Sea.

3. They do not have the Euro as currency.

4. Most museums are free.

5. 1 in 6 Swedes own a boat.

6. 60% of the Swedish words derive from German.

7. Sweden has 100,000 lakes.

8. Archipelago.

9. There are 18 hours of daylight in June, only 6 in December.

10. There are and have been many famous Swedes including Alfred Nobel, Doplh Lundren, Ann-Margaret, Ingmar Bergman, Ingrid Bergman, Greta Garbo, Brigit Nielson, and Bjorn Borg. In my humble opinion the most famous Swedes collectively are the members of ABBA,

Peace, love, compassion, and blessings.
