1

A hair-growth multivitamin that really works, according to several HuffPosters (39% off list price)

One of our HuffPost Life colleagues (Lindsay Holmes) started taking this MaryRuth's liquid hair vitamin, and her results were so glowing that it prompted editorial director Kristen Aiken to start, too. "It actually tastes good and is something I look forward to every morning, and I can already see a huge difference in my nail growth after just a few weeks," Aiken said. "Here's hoping it gives me hair as lustrous as Lindsay's if I keep taking it."

This isn't your typical vitamin, of course, and it's definitely priced a little higher but based on how it flew off the e-shelves today, the people have spoken: It's a worthy sale catch!

2

An ultra-strong windproof umbrella with a lifetime guarantee (42% off)

What's so special about this umbrella besides its really cool design options? On the practical side, the brand claims it is FIVE times stronger than the average umbrella. They even bet a lifetime replacement guarantee on it! You'd think Mary Poppins made the thing and whether she did or didn't, shoppers really ran after this umbrella like a storm would actually blow the discount away.

Above all of our usual emergency preparedness gems peopel love (save that titan generator) this ultra-compact, windproof umbrella topped them all. Reviewers say it's "rugged" and "surprisingly effective for one that breaks down to purse size." Weighing under a pound and measuring under a foot long, it's easy to take with you or to keep in a car or desk drawer to always be ready for rain.

Silly Poopy's Hide and Seek (25% off)

People obviously have an interesting tastes in toys. The more squeamish side of the HuffPost Shopping team actually joked that we'd never let this thing into our homes. But that doesn't mean we won't tell you about it if people (or their kids) love it. The other side of the time thought it was pretty funny and they weren't alone.

After all, it isn't just a rainbow light-up poop emoji toy. It's a rainbow light-up poop emoji toy that sings, meaning you can play hide and seek with it. Shoppers call it a "fun and unique toy!" that keeps toddlers "entertained for hours." Certainly an out-of-the-box, or perhaps, out of the bowl option, we were surprised to see it be so popular with readers. Yet, truly, many reviews speak to how captivating the toy is, with one calling it "the perfect way to keep [kids] entertained while I cook dinner or just take five minutes to myself."

4

Mouthwatchers flossing toothbrushes two-pack (40% off list price)

Prime Day is a great time to snag some bigger-ticket oral care items like WaterPik flossers and electric toothbrushes — and boy do people love to snatch those up before Prime Day ends. Yet, people seemed WAY more into these clever, budget-friendly toothbrushes, made with extra-thin "flossing" bristles to help clean deeper and more gently into grooves and gums. They're 10 times thinner than typical bristles, making them more suitable for sensitive gums and teeth. It's never too late to get the freshest mouth ever.
5

A blackhead removing scrub stick with charcoal & dead sea salt (34% off)

If you deal with blackheads and clogged pores, this may be your next under $10 purchase. This adorable but effective blackhead-removing stick was a big hit with HuffPost readers when I first started working here (about four years ago), and I think it's time we bring it back. The price is right, even more so when it's on sale, and the handy shape makes it easy to apply. Made with charcoal and dead sea salt, it gently exfoliates, with witch hazel to minimize the appearance of your pores, and tea tree oil and hyaluronic acid to keep your skin hydrated. It's a small product that packs a big punch, making it worth every penny.

Promising review: "My daughter was struggling with white heads and blackheads. She has tried many products and saw this. Honestly, I thought it was gimmicky. But, we are amazed. It does take a few time to get everything, but it the results are impressive. The smell is subtle and nice. It is super cute. We will buy it again." — Gail

6

A fun bedazzling kit (20% off list price)

When HuffPost's executive editor Kate Palmer's daughter said she wanted a bedazzling kit for a recent birthday, Palmer joked that she "developed a mild twitch" with flashbacks to '80s infomercials. "My daughter prevailed, though, and it’s honestly been such a fun hobby for her," Palmer said. "She’s added tiny crystal jewels to notebooks, beauty products, shoes, shirts and so many things."

This highly-rated bedazzle set gives you a heated applicator wand and every color stone you (or your kid) could want for adding a little bling to jeans, jackets, T-shirts, shoes and more. The way these sold like hot cakes, it seems HuffPost readers are also ready to bring bedazzling back, and honestly, we're here for it.

And since we're going old school with Amazon finds, you might as well grab yourself a Dustbuster from the '80's too. That OG vacuum is still top-rated, on sale for Prime Day, too, and we think you're gonna need it. 😂

"This Is Not A Sketchbook, It’s An Art Class" by Lauren Horn (24% off list price)

Another Palmer pick, she said she's grabbing "This Is Not A Sketchbook, It's An Art Class," an interactive, educational art book for her kids as an early holiday gift. "It’s such a fun idea: An artistic notebook that shows kids and adults alike how to draw in a step-by-step, easy-to-learn way," Palmer said. "It has an interactive element that brings the lessons to life with QR codes on every page that link to a video lesson. It’s much cheaper than an art class and a great deal for Prime Day."

We rarely see any books — interactive or otherwise — take off like this one did on Prime Day. Nab it before for your own holiday gift idea or for yourself before it shoots back up to full price.

8

A backup power source that can power *so* many devices and appliances at once (38% off list price)

When we spoke to electricians about their recommendations for home generators and power banks, Harry De Loach, master electrician and the director of the Leaders of Electrical License Preparation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania recommended the brand EcoFlow. De Loach said the brand's power banks rival the power of a traditional generator, but are silent, fumeless, and don't demand gas.

While it's hardly a budget buy, this heavy-duty EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 power station has soooo many ports, you're likely never going to use all at once. But if you did, just know that this thing is powerful enough to power laptops, smartphones, heaters and even fridges for days. It's a tough workhouse that will save you major peace of mind in a storm or a power outage. It also has seven ways to charge up, including electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels, so you can keep it going even when you've lost power.

Because of the price tag we were surprised to see it resonate so much with readers, but with weather and natural disasters as unpredictable as they are, it makes sense you'd want to be prepared at home. Still, the bargain shopper in me feels compelled to share the brand's River 2 pro, which has fewer outlets, a smaller capacity and a much lower price tag. It's more suited for charging phones and computers than fridges or heaters, but is a great buy to keep your personal electronics juiced if the power is out.

Bottom Line: This is expensive, but considering its usual price tag, it's definitely worth taking advantage of a discount — especially for the lowest price we've ever seen it reach.

9

A value pack of moisture-rich Churu treats for cats (32% off list price)

Former shopping writer and cat lover Haley Zovickian said her cat's vet would use these creamy Churu cat snacks as an incentive to get her cat to endure bloodwork during checkups. Almost like Kitty Go-Gurt, they come in squeezable, lickable tubes that are easy to dispense and don't make your hands smell.

We know HuffPost readers really love their pets (this $4 cat toy is a longtime best-seller), but we were pleasantly surprised to see these treats being the fur baby essential selling like hot cakes this year.

10

A dash cam for your vehicle (43% off list price)

Apparently, folks really dig the idea of this dash cam It's a helpful tool for staying safe while on the road since it can record high-resolution footage while driving, can help to reduce blind spots and can bring peace of mind during crashes and other incidents since you'll have the play-by-play of what happened.

The camera has excellent night vision and is easy to connect to via Wi-Fi through a smartphone app, and it even has a built-in GPS. It even has a sensor that can help to detect collisions and instantly lock and save video. We don't cover a ton of car tech like this, but with the response we've been getting, we may as well start.

11

A soft eye mask and sleep headphone combination (50% off list price)

People typically scramble for the AirPods and Beats headphones, paying attention to little else where sound gear is concerned. Based on this surprising bestseller, it seems more people want tech that contributes to their relaxation. Can't argue with that. If you're someone who prefers the soothing sounds of white noise to lull yourself off to dreamland, you'll never struggle with uncomfortable, hard plastic earbuds again, because this handsomely discounted pair of headphones is made just for sleep. Hidden inside its stretchable band are Bluetooth earbuds that offer 10 hours of listening time per charge. It's a literal dream for side sleepers but also comfortable for all kinds of needs. These soft headphones also double as a light-blocking eye mask.

12

A 4-pack of Medicube pink collagen jelly masks (36% off)

Masks are back! For a while there, we assumed the obsession with this part of self-care tool had fizzled out, given the face mask selfies dwindling on social over the past few years. That said, Medicube masks mark the return of what used to be a skin care staple. They're on sale during Amazon Prime Day, for the first time ever. People love these because the color-changing masks indicate when your skin has absorbed all the deliciously nourishing ingredients, revealing a "glass skin" look.

Kind of like products with snail mucin, these masks are enriched with Salmon DNA PDRN and hydrolyzed collagen, which can be...surprising, especially if you're newer to these ingredients. But many users say it's what gives them that "fresh botox" look and readers seem to love doing the masks at home.

13

Aquaphor Healing Balm stick (35% off list price)

Much of our staff are beauty experts, who give phenomenal recs for makeup and skincare (much of which is on sale today, too.) As a non-makeup wearer, I generally don't have much to contribute to these convos, except, when I'm talking about my chunky Aquaphor stick, a super-gentle but hydrating all-over balm that's easy to apply. I keep multiples around, mainly so I always have one, but also to have some just for my lips and face and others for feet, elbows and wherever else feels dry and itchy.

Senior shopping writer and super mom Lourdes Avila Uribe also keeps these around, mainly in her baby stroller. "[The stick] is easier to apply to his squirmy body in this tube form, and I find myself rubbing it on my elbows and other dry spots as well," she said. "I never go anywhere without one."

It being a bestseller definitely shows we're not alone in my affinity for this skin stick.

14

A women's wool blend peacoat (20% off)

Amazon dropped prices on so much actually good clothing this Prime Day. We spotted unbelievably good deals on everything from Levi's to Coach to Madewell finds. But the topselling clothing item people loved the most is a little-known brand's sharp women's pea coat. It's got a well of reviews, too, with folks noting it's "heavy but not too heavy," "fits great," "will def keep you warm" and is easy to dress up or down. Made from a wool blend that comes in a bunch of colors and in women's sizes XS-XXL — snag it for 20% off which drops the peacoat to under $50.
