Middlemen from the world's largest hamburger chain just revealed secrets that could very well change the way you get your McDonald's on.

In the video above, current and former employees of the fast food chain talked to BuzzFeed about the most complicated menu items people can order, and yes, they find it annoying.

But fortunately, spitting in your food is a myth they'd like you to know is false. Because that too, is time consuming.
