If you want to stay married to Hugh Hefner, you better not go brunette!
Crystal Hefner, nee Harris, found that out the hard way when she dyed her platinum blond locks brown.
After the Playboy model (and makeup-free pro) darkened her hair with brown ombre highlights on New Year's Day, the media mogul wasn't very happy with the change.
"He gave me a hard time at first!" Hef's third wife told US Weekly. "I came home and said, 'Hef, how do you like my hair?' And he said, 'When's it going back blond?'"
So, not wanting to upset her 87-year-old beloved, the 27-year-old went back to blond a few days ago and showed off her lighter locks on her Instagram page. She captioned the pic: "Added highlights to my new ombré hair. Also put in some fun clip-in extensions courtesy of @bellamihair. I've never had hair extensions that have felt this natural before, Love them. Thank you @bellamihair and thank you to my very talented friend @guy_tang for my hair transformation!"
While we love Crystal's new hue, we're a bit disappointed that she didn't keep her beautiful brunette ombre hair. After all, change is good for relationships!
