Easter is on April 20, and for all of you sugar-loving chocolate fanatics, dessert is clearly the best part of the weekend.

Although Easter may not be known for candies and all that good sweet stuff like Valentine's Day, it does have its fair share of chocolate and carrot creations — which we would eat any time of the year.

In the recipes below, we've included everything from classic carrot cake cookie frosting sandwiches to fun takes on how to bake with Cadbury Creme Eggs. So whether if you're a pro or a first-time baker, there's something sweet (and even healthy) for everyone.
