Jennifer Lopez's 10 Stunning American Music Awards Outfits (PHOTOS)

One night, one woman and 10 bedazzling outfits.
|

As the host of the 2015 American Music Awards, Jennifer Lopez could virtually do whatever she pleased. Because, well, she's JLo.

And editor Eva Chen summed it up best:

Yes, we saw the "American Idol" judge bust an opening number move to "Uptown Funk," "Can't Feel My Face," and "Anaconda" (which did not go over well with big winner of the night, Nicki Minaj) all while looking absolutely flawless in one riveting catsuit. Lopez then went on to flaunt not only one, but nine other jaw dropping looks throughout the ceremony that had the Internet in a frenzy.

Check out Jenny from the Block's AMAs fashion below:

Wearing a custom skintight DSquared2 hand-embroidered jumpsuit, which was inspired by the house's controversial fall 2015 "Dsquaw" line, JLo serenaded the AMA's crowd with her club smash "Waiting For Tonight," taking us all back to 1999 before blowing our minds with an epic choreographed routine to 2015's top of the charts tunes.

In this light blue silk dress, the 46-year-old had all jaws on the floor. The gown featured daring cut outs and knots that showed off the singer's abs, stomach and famous backside.

The bright yellow wide-leg, low-cut Michael Costello jumpsuit featured a dramatic floor length cape. She literally looks like a ray of sunshine.

JLo's night wouldn't be complete without her wearing one of her signature naked dresses! This particular version features eccentric silver beading that covers the mother-of-two in all the right places.

This Zuhair Murad 2015 couture jumpsuit basically proves what we already knew: Lopez is a star, and we are mere mortals illuminated by her light.

Giving "used to have a little now I have a lot" a whole new meaning.

Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth may have had the best kiss of the night, but the Bronx native's red Zuhair Murad frock with embroidered kisses down the bodice comes a close second. The gown's sheer skirt was the perfect match for the singer's beauty look — a messy ponytail and scarlet red lip.

Werk. That golden high-slit dress deserves an AMA of its own.

Alright, so this might be pushing it...but after seeing this pic, we think Jennifer Lopez should be inducted into Mario Testino's towel series, stat.

Basically JLo wins the night, and everyone else can go home.

American Music Awards 2015: Best And Worst Dressed
BEST: Selena Gomez In Givenchy(01 of31)
Open Image Modal
Red hot! Selena Gomez stunned on the red carpet wearing a deep ruby sequinned dress, complete with a modest slit at the centre. Paired with that slicked down hair and red eyeshadow (!!!), Gomez looks like a true siren. (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)

And can we talk about the back? DEAD. (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)
WORST: Z LaLa(03 of31)
Open Image Modal
Singer Z LaLa opted for an octopus dress on the red carpet. She somehow managed to outdo her MTV VMA dress... (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)
BEST: Gigi Hadid In Custom Bao Tranchi(04 of31)
Open Image Modal
This may just be one of our fave Gigi Hadid looks yet. This custom Bao Tranchi number is oh-so-sexy, but that chic, new bob prevents it from being to over-the-top. (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)
WORST: Fifth Harmony(05 of31)
Open Image Modal
The girls just don't look like a cohesive group in their respective ensembles. (credit:Mike Windle/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: DNCE(06 of31)
Open Image Modal
These outfits are daring, and that's why we love them. Cole Whittle rocked a man skirt and turtleneck like a pro, while Joe looked slick in his burgundy leather jacket and matching pants. JinJoo Lee's knit ensemble is adorable and Jack Lawless looks like the cool rocker he is. Also, can we just talk about how they all match perfectly, while still maintaining their individual styles? Now THAT is how a group should dress. (credit:Mike Windle/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
ON THE FENCE: Nick Jonas In Topman(07 of31)

Cons: too much tone-on-tone. Pro: Turtleneck Drake vibes. (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
BEST: Kendall Jenner In Oriett Domenech(08 of31)
Open Image Modal
Hot dress? Check. Sexy shoes? Check. Killer hairstyle? Check. Safe to say Kendall nailed it. (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
WORST: Kylie Jenner In Custom Bryan Hearns(09 of31)
Open Image Modal
Compared to Kylie's ensemble last year, this is a bit of a disappointment. Though we have to say, we're kinda diggin' the "Xena: Warrior Princess" vibes. (credit:Frazer Harrison/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Zendaya In Emanuel Ungaro(10 of31)
Open Image Modal
Pretty in pink! We're loving this soft look on Zendaya, especially paired with that bright makeup. So...can we expect to see this outfit on Zendaya Barbie? (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)
WORST: Gwen Stefani In Yousef Al-Jasmi(11 of31)
Open Image Modal
Oh Gwen. We're usually HUGE fans of "The Voice" judge's style, but this is just bizarre. From the sheer skirt to the voluminous top, this outfit is just bad. Her hair and makeup though? Flawless, as usual. (credit:Kevin Mazur/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
WORST: Justin Bieber In Fear of God And Amiri(12 of31)
Open Image Modal
No Justin, just no. You could have done so. Much. Better. Is it too late now to say sorry, we don't like this look? (credit:Michael Kovac/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Demi Lovato In Lorena Sarbu(13 of31)
Open Image Modal
Demi Lovato took it back to the roaring '20s in her printed gown. The print makes it modern, while those finger waves and dark makeup make for a gorgeous, flapper look. (credit:Steve Granitz via Getty Images)
WORST: Tove Lo In Lamija Suljevic(14 of31)
Open Image Modal
This kind of reminds us of Joy Villa's Grammys 2015 dress. More toned down, yes, but still sort of construction fence-ish. (credit:Jeff Kravitz/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
WORST: Carrie Underwood In Elie Madi(15 of31)
Open Image Modal
Sorry Carrie, but this just isn't cutting it for us, especially with that glittery cape. (credit:Jeff Kravitz/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Ciara In Reem Acra(16 of31)
Open Image Modal
This gown hugs Ciara's figure perfectly and looks almost painted onto her body. (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
WORST: Kat Graham In Georges Chakra(17 of31)
Open Image Modal
While the gown itself is quite lovely, it's just not flattering on Kat Graham. Also seems a bit much for this red carpet, no? (credit:Jason Merritt via Getty Images)
ON THE FENCE: One Direction(18 of31)
Open Image Modal
Louis, Liam and Niall all look rather dapper, while Harry seems to stand out...we're just not quite sure if he does in a good way. (credit:Kevin Mazur/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Shawn Mendes(19 of31)
Open Image Modal
Simple, yet stylish. (credit:Frazer Harrison/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Alicia Silverstone In Christian Siriano(20 of31)
Open Image Modal
Golden goddess. (credit:Jeff Kravitz/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
ON THE FENCE: Nina Dobrev(21 of31)
Open Image Modal
We love this floral theme going on here. Our only complaint? Those shoes. (credit:Kevin Mazur/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
WORST: Ellie Goulding In Alexandre Vauthier Haute Couture(22 of31)
Open Image Modal
This dress seems a bit dated, no? More early 2000s than 2015. (credit:Mike Windle/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
ON THE FENCE: Hannah Davis In Naeem Khan(23 of31)
Open Image Modal
This reminds us of a modern, sexy Joan of Arc. (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
BEST: Ashley Benson In Max Azria Atelier(24 of31)
Open Image Modal
Working that pantsuit like a BOSS. (credit:Frazer Harrison/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Meghan Trainor(25 of31)
Open Image Modal
Glam, in an understated way. We love. (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
WORST: Alanis Morisette(26 of31)
Open Image Modal
We hate to put Alanis on the worst dressed list, but this outfit just doesn't work. That leather turtleneck just looks uncomfortable and is oddly paired with that high-waisted maxi skirt. (credit:Mike Windle/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Julianne Hough In Zuhair Murad(27 of31)
Open Image Modal
Julianne Hough pulled a double slit a la Kendall Jenner MMVAs 2014, and it works. (credit:Jeff Kravitz/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Rebel Wilson(28 of31)
Open Image Modal
Looking like a space goddess! (credit:Mark Davis via Getty Images)
BEST: Chloe Grace Moertz(29 of31)
Open Image Modal
TOTAL '90s vibes going on here and we LOVE it. (credit:Frazer Harrison/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
BEST: Hailee Steinfeld In Zuhair Murad(30 of31)
Open Image Modal
This jumpsuit is fierce. From the low V-neck to the figure-hugging silhouette, Hailee is killin' it. (credit:Michael Kovac/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
ON THE FENCE: Paula Abdul(31 of31)
Open Image Modal
Sparkle overload! But Paula still looks stunning. (credit:John Sciulli/AMA2015 via Getty Images)
