Peanut butter, cookie butter, almond butter, Nutella: all are the makings of a perfect dessert or morning-time meal. But there's a new spread in town: Tahini.

You are probably familiar with tahini if you've ever been to any Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurants -- it's the white, paste-like butter used to make tahini sauce, often found on shawarma, on your salad or stirred into hummus. It's made of ground-up, hulled sesame seeds and has a smooth, nutty flavour. Oh, and it's delicious.
