A crash on one of Alberta's busiest highways Thursday left hundreds, if not thousands, of Pepsi cans strewn across the road.

STARS Air Ambulance was called to an area near the Millet overpass on the QEII highway north around 1:30 p.m.

According to RCMP, a heavy equipment vehicle collided with a semi-trailer carrying a large inventory of Pepsi cans.

Chris Buyze posted a photo from the scene to Twitter:

Another witness, Brenda, also posted a series of photos:

RCMP says no one was seriously injured, despite having to remove a driver from under the cab of the heavy machinery transport. Cleanup continues and traffic is once again moving.
