With the unseasonably warm weather happening right now, you might have forgotten that it's February — and that February is a time for ordering Valentine's Day flowers (rather than wondering if buds will come up in your garden).

Ottawa is already known for its amazing tulip festival in May, but what many people wonder about in the (usual) deep, dark winter is where to buy beautiful flowers for their sweethearts — or friends, depending on how you choose to celebrate Feb. 14.
