This year’s Delhi assembly elections saw the highest recorded voter turnout--67.14 percent of the city's 1.33 crore voters voted, the highest since Delhi's assembly was re-established in 1993. Scores of people queued up at polling booths to exercise their franchise in an electrifying electoral battle that the national capital has never witnessed before.
