Coupe du monde: le Canada gagne le 1er match contre Équipe Europe

Le Canada a remporté le premier match de la finale de la Coupe du monde de hockey contre Équipe Europe par la marque de 3-1, mardi, au Air Canada Centre.

Brad Marchand a ouvert la marque, puis Steven Stamkos a doublé l'avance du Canada avant la fin du premier vingt.

Tomas Tatar a réduit l'écart à 2-1 après sept minutes de jeu en deuxième période, mais Patrice Bergeron a inscrit un but d'assurance pour le Canada en troisième période.

Carey Price a effectué 32 arrêts devant le filet du Canada. À l'autre bout de la patinoire, Jaroslav Halak a repoussé 35 tirs.

Le match no 2 de la série au meilleur de trois sera présenté jeudi.
