Milos Raonic se retire du tournoi de Miami

Le Canadien Milos Raonic s'est retiré de l'Omnium de Miami en raison d'une blessure à un muscle ischio-jambier.

Raonic devait affronter l'Américain Jared Donaldson au troisième tour en matinée dimanche.

"Ça pourrait prendre deux semaines ou un peu plus", a-t-il confié au compte Twitter officiel du tournoi.

Raonic est ennuyé par une blessure à une jambe depuis un certain temps déjà.

Il s'était notamment retiré des tournois d'Acapulco et d'Indian Wells en raison d'une blessure à une cuisse, après s'être incliné en finale du tournoi de Delray Beach, en Floride, le mois dernier.

L'Ontarien avait toutefois réussi son entrée en scène à Miami en disposant du Serbe Viktor Troicki 6-3, 7-5 au deuxième tour vendredi.
