Compétition de pizza acrobatique: vous allez en prendre plein la vue

La dernière fois que vous avez commandé une pizza c'était par téléphone, et elle a été livrée chez vous pour ne pas rater une miette du dernier match de votre équipe préférée. Vous avez donc peut-être oublié qu'un bon pizzaiolo, ce n'est pas uniquement celui qui mélange les bons ingrédients. C'est aussi celui qui fait plaisir aux petits et aux grands en faisant tournoyer sa pâte à pizza avant de la garnir et de la mettre au four.

Alors comme ce détail n'est pas à négliger pour les organisateurs du Championnat de France de la pizza, dont la finale a eu lieu ce jeudi 16 mars à Paris, une épreuve de "pizza acrobatique" a été organisée. Nous vous proposons donc un aperçu des meilleurs lancers, vols et tournoiements de pâte à pizza dans la vidéo ci-dessus.

C'est finalement Yoan Garcin qui a été sacré champion de France de la Pizza 2017. Les participants ont été jugés et départagés par des professionnels de la pizza après l'épreuve, mais aussi celle de la qualité de la pizza, l'épreuve de rapidité, l'épreuve de "la pizza la plus large", ou encore l'épreuve pizza in teglia (c'est à dire sur plaque).
