Colleen Boyd Turner, Ph.D. (Social Welfare-UCLA) is a communications analyst, speaker, and consultant. She facilitates change by using best practices drawn from a range of disciplines. She is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel (Vietnam-era veteran) who has contributed to international strategic communications.
