Iba Masood, is a 2010 Finance graduate of the American University of Sharjah. After interning at GE and McKinsey & Co and working as an account executive, she quit her job to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship, and co-founded Gradberry.com, the Middle East's graduate careers portal, at the age of 21. She was recently selected as one of the 12 finalists from around the world, for the Cartier Women's initiative awards.
