Fund-Raising, Strategic-Planning, Public Relations and Communications Expert,

Ron Mirenda has more than 25 years of fund-raising, strategic-planning, public relations and communications experience both as an institutional development officer and as a consultant. He has managed or played significant roles in campaigns with combined goals exceeding $800 million. His areas of expertise include campaign design and management, developing leadership gift strategies and redefining and restructuring boards of trustees.

He has served as chief advancement officer or as a senior development officer with prestigious institutions such as the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution, the University of St. Thomas, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of California, Irvine.

He has published a number of fund-raising articles and has presented at fund-raising conferences nationwide. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.
