Inglewood -- Craving Cole's signature French dip? Itching to try out George Clooney's Casamigos Tequila?

Well, fans can have enjoy both at the Forum, all while watching the Eagles or their other favorites artists slated to perform live at the revamped venue thanks to a partnership with Los Angeles' most popular eats.

Fan-favorite dishes from Bludso's BBQ, Carney's, Cole's, Coolhaus, Craig's, Hadley Fruit Orchards, La Brea Bakery and Pink's Hot Dogs will be served at the Forum's concession stands starting Wednesday night when the Inglewood arena opens with one of six Eagles concerts, General Manager Nick Spampanato announced.

Premium adult beverages will also be provided by Casamigos Tequila and Malibu Wines. The L.A.-known foods and drinks will be available from select concession stands throughout the Forum, including -- for the first time -- on the first-floor event level. A feature of the concession area on that floor, officials note, is that one wall is tinted glass to allow fans to still see through to the stage as they wait for their food and drink.

As part of Madison Square Garden Co.'s goal to pay tribute to Los Angeles' roots, the venue's new operators also have partnered with Levy Restaurants to ensure that quality eats made popular by local vendors are dished out during every event.

"What we're doing here is trying to give that hometown feel, so we're bringing all these iconic L.A. spots here under one roof," said Gilbert Verdugo, West Coast regional executive chef for Levy Restaurants.

Richard Pink, an owner of Pink's Hot Dogs, which has built legions of fans since 1939, said he and his family are "absolutely thrilled to be serving at an Inglewood legend." Kevin Bludso, owner of Bludso's BBQ in Compton and Hollywood that will be serving up its popular pulled pork sandwiches, called it a "blessing that the Forum asked us to be a part of all this."

Cole's also is excited to be coming to the Forum.

"One of the main reasons we wanted to share a piece of Cole's with the Forum is that they had a vision to put together a concept that not only included great food, but also added iconic L.A. history to the space," said Jeff Marino, director of restaurant operations at Cole's and 213 Ventures, a Los Angeles-based nightlife group.

"As Cole's is the originator of the French Dip sandwich and is housed in Los Angeles' oldest public house, it seemed like the perfect fit to bring added history to the space."

Many of the vendors will be providing Forum-exclusive food -- including the Forum Burger, developed by Carney's that features jalapeno jack cheese and a creamy yogurt ranch pico de gallo dressing, and the Fabulous Forum ice cream sandwich, which brings Coolhaus' popular red velvet cookie and vanilla bean ice cream together for a cool treat that plays with the venue's signature colors of red and white.

"We're hoping that the community and whole L.A. area will appreciate the brand names we've brought in," said executive chef Kristine Raymes, who will oversee food at the Forum. "It's super exciting. This is going to be the hit of the town." ___
