Les conservateurs aiment le country, les bloquistes préfèrent Les Colocs

Les conservateurs préfèrent la musique country et les livres à caractère religieux. Les partisans du Bloc québécois sont quant à eux des adeptes de musique rock québécoise.

C’est ce qui ressort d’une étude réalisée par Facebook Canada sur les préférences des Canadiens qui « aiment » une page d’un parti politique fédéral. Les données compilées comparent la musique, les films, les émissions de télévision et les livres aimés par des centaines de milliers de partisans d’un océan à l’autre.

Sans surprise, les partisans du Bloc et de Forces et démocratie ont des intérêts culturels communs – ils aiment les films comiques tels que De père en flic et écoutent les mêmes émissions, que ce soit La voix, Un souper presque parfait ou Le Québec, une histoire de famille.

Côté musique, les bloquistes préfèrent Les Colocs, Les Cowboys Fringants et Jean Leloup, alors que les partisans de Forces et démocratie préfèrent Marc Dupré, Marie-Mai ou encore Isabelle Boulay.

Les conservateurs quant à eux ont une nette préférence pour les choix de films et de livres catholiques, tels que Heaven Is For Real, Marriage Is Beautiful et I Declare. Leurs films préférés? God’s Not Dead, The Fast and the Furious, Son of God et Transformers.

Sur le petit écran, les partisans du Parti libéral, du Nouveau parti démocratique et du Parti vert du Canada partagent un amour commun pour le Rick Mercer Report. Les programmes politiques sont particulièrement populaires pour les deux derniers partis avec The Daily Show, Democracy Now! et l’émission This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

Fait intéressant, Cinquante nuances de Grey a séduit les internautes qui ont « aimé » le Parti libéral, le Bloc québécois et Forces et démocratie. Mais ne tirons pas de conclusions hâtives de cette étude ludique!
