Obama commet de graves erreurs de stratégies décisionnelles

Le discours de l'état de l'Union d'Obama est un parfait exemple d'incohérence politique. Incohérence qui résulte de l'absence de recherche en architecture sociale.

Le discours de l'état de l'Union d'Obama est un parfait exemple d'incohérence politique. Incohérence qui résulte de l'absence de recherche en architecture sociale pour approfondir notre connaissance afin d'améliorer l'exactitude de nos analyses des problèmes sociaux et prendre de bonnes décisions.

Barack Obama a raison de vouloir imposer et taxer 1% des individus les plus riches des États-Unis. Ces citoyens s'enrichissent monétairement en exploitant des failles conceptuelles dans les législations du système économique monétaire. Ils ne participent pas ou très peu à la redistribution de la richesse et sont responsables de l'accroissement des inégalités par la concentration de l'argent mondial immobilisé dans leurs actifs. Cet argent qui n'est plus en circulation freine l'activité économique monétaire.

Ne serait-il pas préférable de revoir ces législations pour identifier et combler les failles conceptuelles? Ne serait-il pas préférable d'opter pour un modèle économique favorisant une distribution égalitaire et équitable de la richesse en donnant accès à l'éducation gratuitement et à vie? Et puisque l'argent n'existe pas dans l'environnement biophysique ni dans l'environnement humain, pourquoi maintenir encore ce concept antique dans l'environnement social avec tous les inconvénients qu'il engendre? N'est-il pas temps de baser notre économie sur la connaissance afin de résoudre nos problèmes de civilisation plutôt que sur l'argent qui en provoque?

Obama commet également une grave erreur de stratégie comportementale décisionnelle induite par la culture politique en affirmant vouloir accentuer la lutte contre le terrorisme.

La recherche en architecture sociale démontre que le terrorisme est une stratégie comportementale réactionnelle contextuelle à un ensemble d'éléments sociaux constituant une situation de vie quotidienne oppressive défavorable pour une population. N'importe quel groupe d'individus maintenu dans une telle situation sociale voit accroitre le risque d'adopter des stratégies comportementales réactionnelles agressives, voire d'opter ou d'être facilement entraîné dans le terrorisme comme moyen de défense, d'expression et de libération de ces situations sociales oppressives.

Lutter contre les terroristes est similaire à prendre de l'acétaminophène pour contrer une douleur causée par un cancer! Le président Obama fait complètement fausse route avec cette stratégie politique. Il ferait mieux de chercher à comprendre ce qui déclenche le terrorisme afin d'agir pour résoudre les situations sociales oppressives qui en sont la cause.

Les actions pour tenter d'affaiblir ou de détruire le groupe terroriste «état islamique» ne vont qu'envenimer la situation en ajoutant une oppression politique et militaire à l'oppression sociale déjà très forte sur certaines populations musulmanes. Cette grave erreur de stratégie politique ne règlera rien. Néanmoins, tous les politiciens semblent y participer parce que leurs électeurs souhaitent avoir le sentiment de vivre en sécurité. Si nos sociétés assuraient justement la sécurité alimentaire et économique ainsi que l'épanouissement de tous les citoyens, ces comportements seraient plus rares...
