À quelques jours du début des Jeux Olympiques de Rio, la championne de tennis américaine Serena Williams fait la une du magazine de bien-être SELF. Et quoi de mieux que l'exercice physique pour être en bonne santé?

Dans la vidéo en tête d'article, publiée mardi sur YouTube, la vainqueur de Wimbledon et finaliste de Roland Garros 2016 nous donne une leçon de twerk, et ça semble très physique.

Serena Williams a quasiment un statut d'experte en la matière, puisqu'elle nous avait déjà offert une vidéo similaire en avril:

On l'apercevait également remuer son bassin dans le clip "Sorry" de Beyoncé:

Voilà de quoi mettre l'athlète dans une forme olympique pour Rio, où elle est engagée en simple et en double (aux côtés de sa sœur Venus).
