Dan Na

Dan Na is the founder of Cheekswab.org, a website dedicated to spreading awareness of the need for minority bone marrow donors and providing the means for people who want to register to do so. Diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) as a college junior in 2006, Dan learned first hand about the lack of minority bone marrow donors as a cancer patient in the hospital. Cheekswab is the fulfillment of a promise he made to himself in his hospital bed -- that if he survived leukemia, he'd do something to help others facing similar circumstances.
