Dr. Cruz is a bilingual Licensed Psychologist and Diversity/Social Justice Consultant/Activist in the Denton/DFW. She is currently Assistant Director and Director of Training at Texas Woman’s University Counseling Center and also founder of Cruz Consulting (www.drcarmencruz.com). She is part of the OpEd Voices Project at TWU. She provides consultation and presentations for institutions, businesses, and individuals who aim to improve their perspectives and inclusion within their organizations. She is also a diversity and gender specialist, with particular specialty in LGBTQ populations, women’s issues and racial/ethnic minorities.
