Author, 'Copper Crucible: How the Arizona Miners' Strike of 1983 Recast Labor-Management Relations in America'

Jonathan Rosenblum is a writer, a contributor to the Center for Media and Democracy's PRWATCH.org and attorney in Madison, Wis. His book, "Copper Crucible: How the Arizona Miners' Strike of 1983 Recast Labor-Management Relations in America" (Cornell University Press, 1995) was named one of Princeton University Library's "Ten Noteworthy Books in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics" in 1996. He earned his JD at Northwestern University School of Law in 1991, and his BA in Political Science and French from Duke University in 1981. In the late 1990s and early 2000s Jonathan helped establish the field of nongovernmental labor rights monitoring in collaboration with the International Labor Rights Forum. He has been a long-time board member of the Interfaith Coalition for Worker Justice of South Central Wisconsin.
