Last year Sean Carasso went into the Democratic Republic of Congo on what was meant to be a short learning expedition. Then he and his partner discovered a military encampment with children and everything changed. They learned about children too small to carry a gun and sent to the frontlines of war armed with only a whistle. The Falling Whistles Campaign was born with a small blog and a simple plan - make their weapon our voice and be whistleblowers for peace in Congo.
