Tony Lee

Rev. Tony Lee is the founder and Senior Pastor of the Community of Hope African Methodist Episcopal Church, which opened its doors for worship on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006 at the Legend Nightclub. Outgrowing the nightclub in less than a year Community Of Hope is now located in the Iverson Mall in Hillcrest Heights, MD.

Community of Hope is recognized throughout the DC Metropolitan region for its innovative ministry and community outreach. The church strives to impact the community by providing real life solutions to real life situations. From spiritual health to physical and mental health, the church has had a significant intergenerational impact.

In addition, Rev Lee is the host of the gospel radio show “Sunday Morning Hope” that can be heard Sundays from 7-9 am on WPGC 95.5 FM and wpgc.com.
