New research suggests that eating fruits and vegetables can substantially increase happiness. Anecdotal evidence (from a study sample of my three children) suggests that eating frozen treats can also substantially increase happiness. Put them together and you might just have a replacement for prozac.

Below you'll find 21 healthier frozen treats gleaned from a group of kitchen-savvy registered dietitians. Nutrient-rich fruits are packed into nearly all of them, with most relying on less processed sweeteners, and not one leaning on artificial ingredients. One of the recipes even has a little port wine added for good measure, just in case you weren't already giddy enough.
