Ali Velshi: Climate Change Awareness Now 'Intergenerational'

Ali Velshi of Al Jazeera America spoke with HuffPost Live at Davos Wednesday about what people need to do to combat climate change.

Velshi said the acceptance of climate change has become "intergenerational" with most people realizing a change is necessary.

"I think it's become something that, unless you're a particular brand of Republican in the U.S. Congress, you actually accept there's some reality to it," Velshi said.

"We have to not talk out of both sides of our mouth," Velshi said, noting people who want to help fight climate change need to make changes in their own life first and foremost.
