Bobby Brown might be headed to rehab again. The R&B singer has been arrested for a DUI for the second time this year, bringing into question his drinking habits and denial about them, according to TMZ. The website reports that the 43-year-old singer is "extremely embarrassed" and "understands that drinking has become a big problem."

In March, Brown was arrested for a DUI after he was pulled over for driving while using his cellphone. He entered a court-ordered rehab center in August as part of a plea deal that in exchange dropped the DUI charge. On Oct. 24, Brown was again arrested for suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles after police officers smelled alcohol on his breath.

It's been a rough year for Brown, whose biggest hit was "My Perogative" off 1988's "Don't Be Cruel," his second album. Brown's estranged wife, and mother of his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney Houston abruptly passed away on Feb. 11 at age 48 after she fell asleep in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
