If you're one of June Ambrose's nearly 400,000 devoted Twitter followers, or loved watching her high-fashion high jinx videos on YouTube, then you've been waiting for this moment for quite some time.

June officially celebrated the debut of her much-anticipated VH1 show, "Styled By June." The talented tastemaker, dressed in a floral-printed Cynthia Rowley frock and Brian Atwood pumps, was joined joined by friends, editors and bloggers for the fabulous event at the Crosby Hotel in New York City.

Phillip Bloch, Debrorah Cox and a slew of other cool kids stepped out for the festivities. But the coolest of them all was June's close friend and client, Jay-Z.

The Watch The Throne rapper stepped out in a sharp black suit and white button-down shirt (sans tie) to celebrate the fashion maven's big television debut.

"Jay thought it was a really good show. He liked the quality of it and thought it felt rich," June told Huffington Post Black Voices. "He said 'I really think you've got something here.'"

The docu-soap follows June and her fearless assistants (Eli, Rachel and Tukie) working their fashion magic to resurrect the swagger of celebs who have faded from the spotlight, including Jaleel White (aka Urkel from "Family Matters"), rapper Da Brat, singer Michelle Williams, rapper Trina and actress Mischa Barton.

Barton serves as June's first client in the show's premiere episode. Between bringing the former "One Tree Hill" actress out of her paparazzi-phobic shell, helping launch Barton's handbag collection, teaching a new assistant the ropes and running her Mode Squad Inc. empire, viewers see June put to the test right away.

But this 18-year style veteran is clearly up to the task. June is part stylist, part therapist, part mentor, part publicist and 100 percent fabulous. Her ability to wear so many hats so seamlessly gives viewers the chance to watch more then June simply playing dress-up with her celebrity clients -- although that's definitely the best part.

"The show allowed me to be me. I'm naturally quite eccentric, I don't take myself too seriously and I always have a good time when I'm working," June said. "Waking up everyday and getting to do that was great. Making a difference in that person's life was the best part of the experience."

June's over-the-top personality is palpable through the screen and her enthusiasm for fashion is infectious. So, if a party packed with praise-filled editors and Jay-Z's stamp of approval are any indication of the show's potential for success, then June most certainly has a hit. And while the adoration of the fashion set and her friends is important, June is most anxious to satisfy her two toughest critics, her children 10-year-old Chance and 7-year-old Summer.

The pair are bit perturbed that much of their scene is on the cutting room floor, but that doesn't make them any less proud of their powerhouse mom.

"They're really happy for me. My daughter told me, 'I'm really happy that people will get to meet you.' And that pretty much sums it up. When you do this type of show, you want the audience to truly see you."

If you can't wait for VH1's network premiere on March 19, you can check out the first full episode here.
