SiriusXM subscribers are sounding off after Megyn Kelly’s controversial attempt to downplay Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse last week.

The MAGA-backing podcast host — in an episode last Wednesday — cited a source who she described as “very, very close” to the Epstein case who thought the late convicted sex offender was “not a pedophile” like someone into 8-year-olds but rather a person “into the barely legal type, like, he liked 15-year-old girls.”

“Whatever. It’s sick. Every time we start talking about Epstein, it makes your skin crawl. You’re right. The whole thing is just disgusting,” she later declared.

Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old." pic.twitter.com/a7wmT3BRJU

Kelly’s comments sparked widespread backlash on social media, including from users who threatened to — or claimed to — cancel their SiriusXM subscriptions over her take.

SiriusXM has yet to comment on the matter, as of Wednesday evening. HuffPost has reached out to the company, which did not respond in time for publication.

“Hey all. We got Kimmel back by cancelling our Disney/Hulu accounts. Maybe we can get RID of Megyn Kelly by cancelling our @siriusxm subscriptions?? We cancelled ours! Who else is going to boycott SiriusXM bc of @megynkellyshow’s DISGUSTING comments?,” wrote one user on Threads.

“I canceled @spotify a year ago. I canceled @disneyplus a few weeks ago. Looks like I’m going to cancel @siriusxm this week,” another user wrote.

“Just canceled my membership after 10+ years of being a Sirius XM subscriber; I will not support a service who gives a platform to a person who speaks without thinking and is filled with hate. I’ll be back if @megynkellyshow goes off the Sirius XM air,” wrote @nickelct.

“canceling my subscription due to @SIRIUSXM’s silence on Megyn Kelly,” a user on X wrote.

Some TikTok users have also urged their followers to boycott the company.

Outside of SiriusXM subscribers cancelling their subscriptions, Christina Ricci, “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa Gilbert and Meghan McCain have all ripped Kelly over her comments.
