These Photos Capture The Scene Outside The Republican National Convention

Things stayed relatively calm during the event's first couple of days.

Thousands of people, including a number of protesters, have flocked to Cleveland this week for the Republican National Convention.

Demonstrations in the city remained fairly calm during the first two days of the convention, with police only making a few arrests. Officers have at times tried to keep protests from turning violent by using their bikes to create barriers between opposing sides.
