Allegations surfaced recently that Terri Horman, stepmother of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman, tried to have her husband killed. Kaine Horman, the boy's biological father, has moved out and filed a restraining order against Terri, implying he believes the allegations. A judge has forbidden Terri from seeing her kids or having access to firearms.
