Tim Imler

Clinical Informaticist and Gastroenterologist

Dr. Timothy Imler is a Board Certified Clinical Informaticist and Gastroenterologist who focuses his research on the creation of value (improved quality and/or lower cost) by the utilization of existing data from health care systems. Dr. Imler received his medical school training at Case Western Reserve University and his residency and fellowship training at Indiana University. He completed a National Library of Medicine research training grant in Medical Informatics. He currently is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indiana University, Research Scientist at the Regenstrief Institute, and the Director of the Regenstrief Data Core.
