Lorraine Justice is currently the Dean of the College of Imaging Arts and Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). The College currently has 140 professors and 2,200 students in the disciplines of Art, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film, Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Illustration, Photography, Print and more. She is a Fellow of the Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA) and was named one of the top 40 designers to watch by ID Magazine.

She is the author of the new book by MIT Press, China’s Design Revolution, which was written for a Western audience to understand issues such as creativity and innovation in Mainland China. She presents and consults on strategies for approaching the markets of Mainland China.

Prior to joining RIT Lorraine was the Director of the School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) for 7 years, taking that school to the top 30 in the world within 4 years.
Lorraine presents nationally and internationally and has consulted for some of the top firms and universities in the world. She is opening 2 centers in China for design, research and marketing.
