Psychologist, Ph.D. in Communication, Postgraduate in Cognitive Neuroscience. I have specialized in organizational change, complexity and management of unstable contexts. In the last ten years of my work, I have dedicated to identifying and analyze self-destructive patterns in human systems to create solutions for these vulnerabilities. The question that worried me was: why people become trapped in their own inner landscape? As a result of this process, I designed five strategies that allow people to develop their “inner leadership” to improve the emotional resources of transformation.
