Rafael von Raesfeld Porras was born in Puebla, Mexico, on March 8, 1974. Law degree. Militant National Action Party (PAN). He currently serves as a Deputy of the LVIII Legislature of the Congress of the State of Puebla, where he chairs the Committee on Migration.
He is also coordinator of the secretariat of government action, the State Executive Committee of the National Action Party.
He previously served as Secretary General of the State Executive Committee, the PAN Puebla (2010 to May 2011) and Operational Coordinator Care Priority Groups (70 or more, temporary employment, agricultural laborers) in the Federal Delegation Sedesol in Puebla, (2008-2010).
He was Secretary Technical Subcoordinación Citizen Liaison, PAN parliamentary group in the Chamber of Deputies (2007-2008).
He worked as Director of Care of states, municipalities and social organizations of the National Fund for Enterprise Support (FONAES), belonging to the Ministry of Economy of Mexico (2002-2007).
