Arianna Helps Joe Scarborough Get A Better Night's Sleep

The HuffPost co-founder gets 8 hours of sleep most nights.

It's no secret that sleeping well is a top priority for HuffPost co-founder Arianna Huffington. Appearing on MSNBC's Morning Joe, she offered some tips on how to get a better night's sleep.

"You cannot charge your phone by your bed," she said, suggesting that people set aside time at the end of every day to transition into "sleep mode."

"I read books that have nothing to do with politics or work," she said. "Anything to switch my mind off."

She even offered to be host Joe Scarborough's personal sleep coach.
