Congrats are in order for newly minted parents Chris Evans and Alba Baptista.
The “Captain America” star, 44, and the Portuguese actor, 28, welcomed their first child together on Oct. 24 in Massachusetts, multiple outlets have confirmed.
Representatives for Evans and Baptista didn’t immediately respond to HuffPost’s requests for comment.
The couple tied the knot at a private estate in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in September 2023. They also celebrated with an additional wedding ceremony in Portugal, the bride’s home country.
The “Avengers” leading man discussed the “wonderful and beautiful” weddings at the New York Comic Con in October 2023.
Evans and Baptista have kept their relationship largely out of the public eye. People magazine confirmed the two were dating in November 2022, with sources saying they had been seeing each other for “over a year” at that point.
The “Materialists” actor gushed about his desire to eventually start a family in a 2022 interview with People, which had crowned him “Sexiest Man of the Year” at the time.
“That’s absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family,” he told the outlet.
