Hey there, baseball gossip hounds! We've got some juicy details out of Hollywood's hottest locker room scene. It seems Los Angeles bad boy Manny Ramirez was banned for 50 games today after he tested positive for a banned substance. ESPN dishes:

"Two sources told ESPN's T.J. Quinn and Mark Fainaru-Wada that the drug used by Ramirez is hCG -- human chorionic gonadotropin. HCG is a women's fertility drug typically used by steroid users to restart their body's natural testosterone production as they come off a steroid cycle. It is similar to Clomid, the drug Bonds, Giambi and others used as clients of BALCO."

While it is only speculation right now that Manny may have used this banned substance as part of a steroid regimen, it's not too early to play "Who wore it better?"!!!

Alex Rodriguez lit up baseball's scandal season early this year when he admitted to using steroids with the Texas Rangers. Not to be outdone, Manny is just the latest MLB celeb to accessorize with a scandal. So, we at Dish at the Plate asked you readers... A-Rod or ManRam, who wore it better?

A-Rod may have the hotter drug scandal, but at least Manny has a couple fabulous rings to accessorize his days off with. Until next time, may all your balls be strikes. XOXO.
