Conservative attorney George Conway warned over the weekend that Donald Trump’s most dangerous days may still lie ahead.

Conway, a longtime critic of the president, dismissed the idea that Democratic election victories last week had contributed to the “most damaging week of his presidency to date.”

“I think that’s yet to come,” he said on MSNBC’s “The Weekend.”

Conway, whose ex-wife, Kellyanne Conway, is a high-profile figure in Trumpworld, admitted that he thought last week’s GOP losses were “wonderful.”

“But if everybody thinks that this is over, they have another thing coming,” he said. “Because there are three years left in his term and he’s only going to get worse.”

He continued, “A personality like his, a malignant narcissist, they don’t go away. He’s just not going to all of a sudden behave himself because he suffered an election loss. If anything, he’s going to double down on everything he does.”

Conway predicted “an increasing danger” that Trump will attempt to “sabotage” the 2026 midterm elections or “maybe even ignore them in some fashion” and suggested “we’ll see more and more of the attempts to silence dissent and to use military forces throughout the country.”

Then he added, “Things will get a lot worse before they get better with Donald Trump.”
