Khloe Kardashian Releases First Statement Since Lamar Odom's Hospitalization

She shared the message on her website Tuesday.

Khloe Kardashian released her first official statement since estranged husband Lamar Odom was hospitalized last week. She shared the message on her website,, Tuesday.

The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!

Kardashian has been by Odom's side since he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel and sent to Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas. She was photographed leaving the hospital when he was discharged Monday, E! News reported, following a four-day coma. Odom's condition is reportedly improving: he is breathing on his own and he is set to begin physical therapy.

The reality TV family, who flew to Nevada to be at Odom's bedside, has taken to social media to share their love and support for the former Los Angeles Lakers player.

Kardashian and Odom split back in 2013 and signed papers to officially end their marriage in July, but the two are still legally married since a judge has not ruled in the case.

Let's dance again together soon. Prayers up for Lamar please.
