Khurram Zaki was coldblooded in Karachi. SSP Jahanzeb Kakar was killed premeditatedly. Barrister Aman Ullah Achakzai was shot dead. Ahmedi doctor Khaliq Bashir had mercilessly been murdered. A prominent Qawwal Amjad Sabri has systematically removed from the earth. Nawab Khan Saafi a PMS Officer is no more with us. He got killed in Peshawar in a targeted assault. One, two, three, four, five, six.

Both Sharif’s damaged the country. Pashtuns, Baloch and minorities bore the brunt. “All lives are equal — but terrorism knows the difference”. Why they do this? First, to protect Sharif’s empire. Second, the globetrotting Gen. Sharif left the country at God’s mercy and let it to collapse. But he is bother about to protect boys’ supremacy and their illicit children in multitude hues and colors. First, Second.

We must not be petrified of this perilous situation. Yes, No, we must be afraid of. Because the self-centered provincial government has left us at Nawaz mercy. Nawaz has left us at Gen’s mercy. Gen has left us at God’s mercy. And God has left us at terrorist’s mercy.

The level of religious intolerance in Pakistan has touched the climax right now. Where no one has tolerance towards each other’s faith. They kill each other while labeling their counterparts are wrong. Because they share a minor dissimilarities in their faiths and way of life. But it doesn’t mean to justify someone’s killing on religious grounds.

A month that is considered to fortify the virtues of forbearance and commiseration among the Muslims, to live in a peaceful co-existence and not to hurt others is no more than an unrealistic dream. Because it doesn’t seem to impede the Takfiri terrorists from slaughtering the human beings. What is actually happening today in Pakistan is reprehensible at the ambit of humanity. Where human life is no more than the cost of a single bullet of sixty rupees in Pakistan.

Pakistan is merely a precarious abode for religious minorities, journalists, human rights activists and — the liberal segments of the society. Which is run by terrorists, bloody murderers and felons. However, all the attacks of the akin vicinity has brought a great mourns in the nation’s face. In which the uplighters of the nation are continuously being extinguished. They have been targeted and — ruthlessly been murdered in a cold blood. Regrettably, the ill-fated folks of Pakistan are indubitably deprived today of that valued human souls.

A wise man once said, “I am not sure if Pakistan was created in the name of religion but I am sure it is being destroyed in the name of religion.” A well-known Qawwal Amjad Sabri’s unprecedented and untimely demise has shocked the entire nation with great grieves and torments. He was a symbol of love and patience. Who inculcates the notion of peace, compassion and tolerance through his valuable Qawwalis? He was the greatest beacon of Qawwali’s world, who praised his prophet and Ihle-e-bait in a profound and delightful manner.

In a nutshell, he left us in grief and mourning. It is rather infeasible or too difficult to digest his lose. Or we may not digest his lose this time, as our digestive system has left working anymore. It is due to a serious concerns, that we have endured a lots of agonies and brutalities of the terrorists. Which claimed the lives of thousands of people in Pakistan.

However, Amjad has been ruthlessly murdered by Takfiri outlawed terrorist group TTP? Who justified his macabre killing that, he committed blasphemy in 2014, in the wedding ceremony of Veena Malik via a contemptuous Qawwali?

The scornful Qawwali was that ‘Ali ke saath hai Zehra ki shaadi’, although, this very line has become the ultimate cause of his grisly demise. It was not only an assault on him but was largely an attack on art, culture and the legacy of the Sabri’s family. Which has a prodigious contribution in the art of Qawwali in Pakistan.

Today, Pakistan is facing a — petrifying spate of religious intolerance — in an unabated style. Which has lingered the agonies of the folks from several decades. They have lost their kith and kin in the religiously motivated violence in the streets of Pakistan. Nonetheless, each sect accused the opposite as wrong to justify its faith as the divine one. But what they have actually forgotten is that, their actions could have given birth merely to violence, bloodshed, incendiarism, bombing, targeted killings, sectarian terrorism, and kidnapping for ransom to generate illegal political economy of terrorism.

Religious intolerance and the killings of our assets would however instills further the sense of haplessness and insecurity in Pakistani society in general and for minorities in particular. We have seen Amjad’s departure in the near past, but it is true that we could have seen more devastated blows of similar sort in erstwhile attacks. In a series of scandalous atrocities that Pakistanis continuously face in a regular basis. Whether the victims were the APS school children, the Hazaras of Quetta, the Students targeted at BKU in Charsadda, Christians of Youhanabad in Lahore, Safora Goth massacre of Ismaili Shias, or a Hindu octogenarian named Gokal Das viciously beaten by a police constable and his brother in a village in Sindh’s Ghotki district, for allegedly eating in public during Ramazan. The bone of contention is alike.

However, the people I named above were considerably our assets, who left us early and unexpectedly. They all were singled-out and killed one by one within the period of two months. Therefore, their gruesome killings have created a great vacuum, which can’t be filled for long at all.

It is crystal clear that the government has failed utterly and vividly — while protecting the precious lives of its citizens. Ranging from human rights activists, police, journalists, teachers, students, traders, artists and doctors. The bloody murderers and criminals are living in complete impunity. Their hands are tainted with the blood of innocent civilians, but a single felon is neither prosecuted nor punished. The so-called NAP, NACTA, and the Army Court is just a showpiece and lay eggs for the boys’ breakfast. These have been endorsed for a limited success and made them parts of short domestic policy tools. But we need its full endorsement to wipe out these Takfiri terrorists and to get rid the society from their brutalities in order to live peacefully and calmly.

More importantly, the government should amend the dark sides of the 1973 constitution. Which lay the bones of contention in its letter and spirit. No one is above the law, and none has the right to prosecute the innocent civilians. Pakistan belongs to all the races and creeds. All Pakistanis are equal before the law and we love all the minorities regardless of their cast, creed, and color.

Pakistan was achieved for minorities and whoever lives here is the citizen of the country. Hence, it is laughable to draw a line of dichotomy among the races of Pakistan. We must overcome these differences to overhaul the society before it’s too late.

Rest in Peace all of you.
