All day long, I've been reading and hearing about today's Leap Year birthday celebrants.

A subtext about these Feb.29 birthday folks is: when do/should they celebrate their February 29 Leap Year birthdays in non-Leap Years- February 28 or March 1?

Here's one suggestion from a non-Leap Year birthday guy:

Split the difference:

If you were born BEFORE Noon on a February 29, celebrate your birthday during non-Leap Years on February 28.

You know where I am going next wioth this/ If you were born AFTER 12 noon on a February 29, celebrate your birthday on March 1.

But that's only for non Leap Years.

As for today, February 29, 2008: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
