Two people are dead and a woman was hospitalized Monday in critical condition, police said.
Four students were stabbed to death in an off-campus rental in the early hours of Nov. 13.
"We are still 100% committed to solving this crime," Moscow Police Capt. Roger Lanier said.
"I honestly shouldn't have tried to help," the actor, daughter of "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer, told People magazine.

The former roommate testified that Isaiah Lee seriously wounded him with the same 3-inch blade found by police after the comedian was tackled.
A New York district attorney also said police are checking to see if the accused attacker was working alone.
Iran denied involvement in the stabbing of Salman Rushdie and instead blamed the famed author and his supporters for the attack.
Courtney Clenney was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder in the April death of Christian Obumseli in Miami.
Organizers called off the festival after the stabbing.
