Alex Benepe is the Commissioner of the International Quidditch Association, which he founded in 2010. He graduated from Middlebury College in 2009, where the sport was first brought to life by his classmate and friend Xander Manshel. He is an artist and muralist in his free time and was born and raised in New York City.
