Andrea King Collier is a Michigan-based freelance writer and W.K. Kellogg Foundation Food and Society Policy Fellow. Dan Treul is pursuing a degree in English and Writing at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI where he has lived for 19 years. He is particularly interested in language as it relates to American politics. He is the editor of the student newspaper, The Saint, and also works as the staff writer for Aquinas College Relations. His work has appeared in several local publications, as well as been featured by "Washington Week with Gwen Ifill" online. Treul plans on pursuing a career in journalism and creative nonfiction. In 2008, he is especially interested in changing voter demographics, the fragmentation of the evangelical vote, and social justice - especially in the Midwest.
