Andreas Blixt

Blixt is Co-Founder and CTO of Roger. Originally from Sweden, he was a Spotify early employee and led development of all social features while having a big role in the rest of the product. As one of the founding members of Spotify in the United States, he helped build a large engineering team out of New York that today delivers crucial product and technology to millions of users.

Growing up between Sweden, Norway, and Spain, Blixt dropped out of high school at a young age and began professionally developing web games enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of users. He went on to start his first software development company at 18 and has since become a widely respected technologist and full stack developer in the industry.

Blixt speaks Swedish, English, Norwegian, Spanish (and some Portuguese), has family in Sweden, Norway, and France, and currently lives with his Colombian girlfriend in Brooklyn, New York.
