Josh Rudolph is a former investment banker and sell-side fixed income strategist. He worked in public finance, as well as corporate and investment banking, before researching municipal market credit strategy. He is now a graduate student at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, focusing on public financing policy and public sector economics.
