Nancy Lynne Westfield, Ph.D. is Professor of Religious Education at Drew University Theological School, Madison, New Jersey. She is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church. Her teaching and research are at the intersections of womanist studies, liberative pedagogy, mysticism, imagination and Black Church studies.
