Michael D. Celock

Michael Celock is the Managing Director of Omega Strategic Consulting Group, a corporate governance and risk advisory firm which counsels and assists a broad spectrum of clients in the area of corporate internal investigations, FCPA matters, crisis management & scandal mitigation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, political and economic risk issues worldwide.

Mr. Celock's area of expertise include white collar criminal matters, international crime and corruption issues, FCPA compliance and internal investigations.

Mr. Celock assisted in implementation of aspects of the International Crime Control Strategy of 1998. President Clinton named him a representative to the OECD and to the Global Forum on Fighting Corruption, Safeguarding Integrity Among Justice and Security Officials. He has served as a consultant on international corruption issues to both the State Department and CIA. He also held senior positions with several state and Federal law enforcement agencies.
